In this DVD, Kaiso Dave Bendigkeit takes you through the breath (kokyu) throws of Aikido. He has distilled the essence of the throws into their principles, allowing you to apply your knowledge to thousands of variations. Second, you go through the process of using "different" parts of your body for locks & throws, techniques from rear grabs, Reversals, Groundwork, Grappling, and Multiple Attackers.

In this DVD, Kaiso Dave Bendigkeit takes you through the Weapons System. You will learn the Suburi (basic strikes), Partner Drills, and Katas with the Jo Staff and Bokken (wooden sword).

In this DVD, Kaiso Dave Bendigkeit continues the Weapons System. You will learn the Suburi (basic strikes), Partner Drills, and Katas with the Bo Staff and knife.
