He is my instructor in Kajukenbo, one of the "root" arts of Shintaikido. Kajukenbo, as taught by Professor Maschmeier, forms the basis of the aggressive side of my art.

He is my instructor in Sil Lum Fut Ga, one of the "root" arts of Shintaikido. Sil Lum Fut Ga is Kung Fu and is the source of the whipping movements of my art.
Robert Nadeau Shihan and Patricia Hendricks Sensei were my instructors in Aikido, one of the "root" arts of Shintaikido. They were both a tremendous influence on my early development in the martial arts. Aikido is the foundation of the blending movements and spiritual side of my art.
